Yes — there is a 3-hour minimum for all hourly sessions. Monthly memberships are billed on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term contract required.
We offer flexible cancellation — you'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Yes — you'll need a Binks Spaces account to complete your hourly booking. Sign-up is free and takes about a minute. You'll also be asked to upload a photo ID once, which is kept on file for future bookings.
The room includes a full drum kit, Orange bass amp, guitar amp, PA system, condenser microphone, and a Yamaha MG10XU 10-channel mixer. You bring your instruments — we handle the rest. Additional gear is available on request.
The room comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and covers 360 sq ft. It's well-suited for a full band setup with room to move.
